We're seeking an ambitious, sales-minded Demand Generation Manager who is highly commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role fully owns top-of-funnel lead management, campaign orchestration, CRM oversight, and data analytics for inbound and outbound operations.

Own day-to-day inbound and outbound growth operations, focusing on demand generation and lead management from Lead to SQL. Source, clean, and manage lead lists while delivering outbound multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with marketing on content and templates. Conduct granular data analysis, own growth KPIs, and manage all associated tooling and systems.

Serve as the key link between marketing and sales teams to drive top-of-funnel leads for a given region. Work closely with the SDR team to execute campaigns and qualify inbound leads, with potential for immediate line management responsibility. Operate in a hybrid model, attending the office at least twice a week to support flexibility and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Expertise in lead list sourcing, cleaning, and management
  • Comfort managing growth operations tooling and systems

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to grow pipeline and focus on core growth objectives
  • Own and manage day-to-day inbound and outbound growth operations, including demand generation and lead management from Lead to SQL
  • Source, clean, and manage lead lists
  • Deliver outbound multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with marketing on content and templates
  • Work closely with SDR team to execute campaigns and qualify inbound leads, with potential to line manage SDRs
  • Own data analysis and reporting for marketing, taking a data-oriented approach to granular measurement and growth KPIs
  • Own all tooling and systems associated with demand generation
  • Provide ongoing sales training for inbound and outbound tools and systems
