About this role
Visa is a world leader in payments technology, facilitating transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions and government entities across more than 200 countries. As a Marketing Manager within the European Visa Direct Marketing Team, you will drive demand generation and go-to-market execution. You will feed the top of the sales funnel with opportunities through strategic campaigns and compelling narratives for business audiences.
You will execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand, awareness and adoption of Visa Direct’s solutions. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics based on data-driven insights. Partner with content and creative teams to deliver high-quality assets for campaigns and events.
Work closely with sales, account management, global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging. Coordinate with global teams to adapt strategies for local market needs. Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback to inform positioning and GTM strategies.

Requirements
- Marketing experience, ideally in B2B or product marketing within payments or financial services
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, campaign execution, demand gen and brand awareness
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Experience with analytics and reporting
