This strategic role drives revenue growth through the design and execution of sophisticated marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads and accelerate customer acquisition across our product portfolio. You'll leverage data-driven insights combined with deep customer and market intelligence to ensure exceptional customer-centricity. Develop structured, scalable customer journey frameworks as the foundation for demand generation activities.
Establish and maintain key performance indicators to track customer progression through the marketing funnel. Partner strategically with sales and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution. Collaborate with digital channel teams to deliver consistent, optimized customer experiences.
The Marketing team is inclusive, professional, and well-regarded within S&P Global Ratings, valuing collaboration and flexibility with clear expectations for high performance and accountability. Diverse expertise spans Product Marketing, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Events. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Market Outreach, Communications, Analytics, and Research & Development in areas like private markets, emerging markets, sustainable finance, and decentralized finance.
Partner with Demand Generation professionals possessing deep capital and credit markets expertise from other S&P Global divisions to drive alignment and share best practices. Take an enterprise perspective in designing strategies influencing lead generation and customer acquisition. Expertise in customer journey optimization and marketing analytics improves conversion rates, measured by revenue growth sourced through marketing.
Requirements
