About this role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Associate Intern to support Talent Acquisition (TA) Innovation initiatives. This role works closely with the TA team to drive process improvements, support new tool implementations, and enhance experiences for candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters through innovative solutions.
You will support ongoing TA innovation projects like process automation, tool implementation, and workflow optimization. Assist in researching new HR technologies, market trends, and best practices in talent acquisition. Help design and document processes, SOPs, and project updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and vendors to execute projects. Track progress, maintain dashboards, prepare status reports, and support pilot programs for hiring tools and assessments. Analyze data to generate insights improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated learning agility, creativity, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a curiosity to explore how AI can improve talent acquisition processes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related field
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing TA innovation projects such as process automation, tool implementation, and workflow optimization
- Assist in researching new HR technologies, market trends, and best practices in talent acquisition
- Help design and document processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) to support project execution
- Track project progress, maintain dashboards, and prepare status reports
- Support pilot programs and rollouts (e.g., hiring tools, assessments)
- Analyze data and generate insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
