Modulr is the payments automation platform that streamlines money movement with accuracy, control and reliability. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own complex and senior roles in a hybrid London setup, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring quality. Processing over 200mn transactions and £180bn annually, Modulr serves more than 6,000 businesses.

You will design sophisticated multi-platform sourcing strategies and craft personalised outreach demonstrating genuine candidate knowledge. Act as a trusted adviser to convert passive interest into engagement, while championing Modulr’s EVP tailored to audiences. Build strategic talent pipelines through market mapping and long-term relationships.

Partner with hiring managers to challenge briefs, influence decisions with market insight, and ensure quality of hire. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences with transparent feedback, acting as their advocate. Use data to identify trends, risks, and improvements proactively.

Lead inclusive hiring by mitigating bias in job descriptions, sourcing, and assessments. Contribute to DE&I initiatives and team-wide process improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the function.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ in-house or agency recruitment experience, including ownership of complex or senior roles
  • Trusted hiring manager partner who influences process, shapes briefs, and drives hiring quality
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving recruitment outcomes through insight and iteration
  • 4–6 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience in-house or agency
  • Experience acting as a trusted adviser to candidates throughout the process
  • Ability to proactively identify and develop brand advocacy opportunities
  • Track record of maintaining warm, long-term relationships with high-potential candidates

  • Craft highly personalised outreach that demonstrates genuine knowledge of a candidate’s background
  • Champion Modulr’s EVP, tailoring the proposition to different audiences and seniority levels
  • Build and manage strategic talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Act as a partner to hiring managers: challenge briefs constructively and influence hiring decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage with transparent feedback
  • Use data proactively to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend improvements
  • Lead on inclusive hiring by identifying and mitigating systemic bias risks
