About this role
Unbiased connects people with trusted financial advisers, mortgage brokers, and accountants for impartial advice tailored to individual circumstances. We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented marketer with proven track record scaling revenue for companies around £50m. You will lead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting decision-makers in UK and US financial advice firms.
In this role, develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to win and grow clients from top 100 financial advice firms. Identify target firms and key personas like marketing leaders or managing directors. Lead multi-channel campaigns, content initiatives, and small-scale events to drive demand and sales pipeline.
Oversee customer marketing for upsell and churn reduction goals while collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies. Work in a fun but ambitious environment with smart, motivated people trusted to get stuff done.

Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years in B2B marketing leadership in a software/SaaS business, with significant experience growing enterprise accounts at businesses with revenues £50-£100m
- Proven track record in using content-based marketing to bring senior prospects into the sales process
- Experience with managing small, high quality events such as breakfast seminars and roundtables
- Demonstrated ability to use targeted marketing to drive upsell and reduce churn
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to win and grow clients from the top 100 financial advice firms in the UK and US
- Identify and profile target firms and key personas inside the firms (principally marketing leaders or managing directors/partners)
- Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns designed to drive demand and accelerate the sales pipeline
- Oversee the production of content-based marketing initiatives and small-scale events (e.g., breakfast seminars, roundtables) to engage target audiences
- Deliver full customer marketing responsibility, including upsell and churn reduction goals
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform messaging strategies
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI
