Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations and Infrastructure, you'll play a key role utilising existing data for bold, innovative total reward decisions. Use your expertise to establish trusted partnerships with diverse business leaders and support incentive plan designs like bonuses and executive compensation.
Lead core cyclical activities such as the annual compensation review and manage global benefits programmes across all GEOs. Work with brokers on benefits packages, create tools and materials, and streamline processes while providing policy guidance aligned with legislation.
Conduct market surveys, build comprehensive analytics to measure reward impact, and handle budgeting with finance and people teams. Communicate reward programmes clearly to candidates and employees, delivering training to managers and partners as required.
Requirements
- Technical reward expertise including equity plan design, benefit administration, reporting, and benchmarking
- Experience in strategic thinking, analytical skills, and cross-functional work
- In-depth knowledge of Willis Towers Watson, Radford, or other mainstream job evaluation architectures
- Good mix of operational and strategic experience in compensation and benefits
- Structured thinker able to frame and solve unstructured problems with excellent analytical skills
- Analytical mindset with proven experience using data-driven insights to support business and measure ROI
- Numerate with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Partnering experience with senior-level stakeholders and comfort with ambiguity
