LGT Wealth Management UK LLP offers a fresh approach to wealth management, owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein. Head office is in London with presence in Edinburgh, Jersey, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester. The Reward Manager acts as subject matter expert for payroll and benefits across UK and Jersey entities.
Lead day-to-day delivery of payroll, benefits and pension offerings, managing vendors like ADP, Mercer Marsh and Aviva. Oversee monthly payroll submissions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance. Process reports and coordinate with providers for seamless administration.
The HR team partners with business leaders on recruitment, compensation, development and wellbeing. Reward team enables data-led standards in compensation, benchmarking and analytics. They embed inclusion and wellbeing programmes across the firm.
Contribute to annual compensation reviews with salary benchmarking via McLagan. Drive reward change projects and conduct pay gap analysis for fairness. Maintain technical knowledge through industry events on payroll, benefits and compensation.

Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in payroll and benefits management across UK and Jersey entities
- Experience leading day-to-day delivery of payroll, benefits and pension offerings
- Strong vendor management skills with providers like ADP, Mercer Marsh and Aviva
- Analytical approach to compensation reviews, salary benchmarking and market analysis
- Proficiency in compensation analytics and pay gap analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory standards for statutory payroll reporting
- Ability to drive reward change projects aligned to business strategy
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of market and regulatory developments in reward
Responsibilities
- Oversee and reconcile all monthly payroll submissions across UK and Jersey entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process monthly payroll, benefits and pension reports, coordinating with providers for seamless administration
- Manage statutory payroll reporting requirements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage relationships with key vendors including ADP, Mercer Marsh, and Aviva
- Contribute to managing annual compensation reviews with salary benchmarking and market analysis using McLagan
- Support and drive reward-related change and implementation projects
- Conduct annual pay gap analysis and provide timely compensation analytics
- Actively maintain technical knowledge and attend industry events on payroll, benefits, and compensation
