About this role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded advisory firm as a hard-working and resilient junior solicitor with strong corporate M&A experience. You will support a diverse range of M&A transactions for small to medium-sized businesses. The role is based in London Canary Wharf.

Day-to-day involves managing checklists, conducting legal research, and engaging with stakeholders confidently. Apply solid corporate law knowledge with some company law exposure in a proactive and driven approach to deal-making. Handle transactions of any size with at least 12 months prior experience.

Requirements

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • NQ – 3 years PQE with at least 12 months of experience working on M&A transactions
  • Strong corporate M&A experience
  • Solid corporate law knowledge with some company law exposure
  • Confidence in managing checklists, conducting legal research, and engaging with stakeholders
  • Hard-working and resilient
  • Proactive and driven approach to deal-making
