In-House Counsel

We are a leading international law and professional services firm providing legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants and investment fund managers. This varied role sits in the firm's global Office of the General Counsel, encompassing in-house legal and risk work. It is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Review and negotiate client terms and third party supplier contracts, while drafting NDAs and internal business management agreements. Maintain the firm's Data Protection framework, advise on Data Protection issues, and support DSARs. Monitor legal and regulatory updates and draft business protection policies.

Work in close collaboration with the firm's global Compliance Team on client due diligence and vendor management. Our approach trusts and empowers intelligent professionals to deliver consistently. Diversity from across the globe helps mirror clients and keep thinking in tune with the world.
