About this role
We are looking for an exceptional Principal Consultant to join our Financial Services consulting team. You will support the continued growth of our Wealth, Asset Management, and Life & Pensions businesses. This role involves delivering high-impact consulting projects and shaping the future of our practice.
You will work closely with clients across these sectors to understand their needs and challenges. Develop innovative strategies and implement solutions that drive real business value. Engagements focus on transformation, from taking new products to market to optimising operating models and technology platforms.
Join a high-performing team combining strategy, change, implementation, and technical skills. Collaborate on explosive growth journey in an interdisciplinary environment of strategists, innovators, and experts. Operate globally from offices across the UK, Ireland, US, Nordics, and Netherlands.
Lead large-scale transformation programmes and engage senior stakeholders on strategic objectives. Develop new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Hybrid working requires minimum 2 days per week in office or on client site, varying by assignment.
Requirements
- Strong management consulting background
- Extensive experience and proven track record delivering transformation across Wealth, Asset Management and/or Life & Pensions firms
- Strong experience in at least two areas: managing large-scale transformation projects across front-office, distribution, operations
- Product and proposition development
- Operating model design and implementation
- Technology vendor selection and implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale/complex transformation programmes within Wealth, Asset Management, and/or Life & Pensions sectors
- Collaborate with high-performing team to create and implement innovative solutions
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to practice growth
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and provide expert advice
- Work closely with clients to understand needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions
- Deliver transformation-focused engagements including new products to market and operating model optimisation
- Leverage data to create impactful solutions across technology platforms
