The role supports deal sourcing and execution across the growing portfolio of vertical market software businesses.
You will be hands-on in live transactions, owning and building the pipeline through research, outreach, and early-stage evaluation. Responsibilities include managing the acquisition pipeline, conducting outbound outreach to founders and intermediaries, and performing financial reviews and business assessments. This position offers broader ownership and responsibility for those from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or Corporate Development.
Expect to support end-to-end transaction execution from LOI through close, building financial models and valuation analyses like DCF and comps. Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, analyzing SaaS KPIs and customer metrics. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, operations, and technology.
Track portfolio and pipeline KPIs, conduct market and competitive research, and identify trends and growth opportunities. Contribute to process improvements across the M&A function in a fast-paced environment. Join a collaborative and innovative team making an immediate impact.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 0–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or Corporate Development
- Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable owning workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and proactive
Responsibilities
- Own and actively manage the acquisition pipeline
- Research vertical software markets and identify attractive acquisition targets
- Conduct outbound outreach to founders and intermediaries
- Perform early-stage screening, financial reviews, and business assessments
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, comps, scenarios)
- Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence
- Analyze historical performance, forecasts, SaaS KPIs, and customer metrics
- Prepare investment memos and materials for senior leadership
