You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by creating and closing new sales opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across your Cluster. This senior role involves working closely with Commercial Directors, Client Service leaders, and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver sustainable growth aligned with the Cluster Commercial Plan. Operating as trusted partners, we deliver intelligent solutions through technical expertise and deep client understanding.
Day-to-day, build and convert a strong pipeline of new business while driving upsell and cross-sell across existing clients. Develop networks of prospects and partners to generate high-quality sales opportunities using market insight and competitor analysis. Lead complex, multi-jurisdictional sales proposals and drive cross-border opportunities as clients expand into new jurisdictions.
Participate in large strategic opportunities from initiation to closure, developing account growth plans for key clients. Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets with accurate forecasting and CRM data. Requirements
- Previous experience within the Financial Services industry, ideally with exposure to private markets
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth in high-pressure, senior sales environments
- Strong industry network and deep understanding of products across Debt & Capital Markets
- Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional sales proposals
- Deep understanding of IQ-EQ’s products and differentiators in investor services
- Expertise in private equity and alternatives sales within capital markets
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives across an existing client portfolio
- Develop and maintain a robust network of prospects and business partners to generate consistent and high-quality sales opportunities
- Identify, optimise, and progress sales opportunities using market insight, competitor analysis, and deep understanding of IQ-EQ’s products and differentiators
- Lead and coordinate complex, multi-jurisdictional sales proposals, working collaboratively with internal deal teams
- Drive cross-border and cross-service line opportunities, supporting clients as they expand into new jurisdictions
- Participate in large and strategic opportunities from initiation through to closure, developing account growth plans for key clients
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation and revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM data
