Red Badger is the Digital Product transformation consultancy helping modern enterprises evolve products and services. As Director of Financial Services, act as a trusted advisor ensuring delivery of right outcomes for clients. Join the Senior Leadership Team, accountable for client satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability.
Understand client goals and challenges, identify opportunities for Red Badger’s services, and construct mutually beneficial commercial deals. Strengthen trust by delivering outcomes, retaining clients, and finding further opportunities. Work closely with Finance and People teams for empowered decisions.
Lead new business development by retaining and growing accounts, and leading proposals and pitches. Manage client portfolio as primary point of contact, collaborating on strategy and roadmaps. Take ownership for delivery of client outcomes and advocate for client objectives within Red Badger.
Plan and forecast revenue to achieve portfolio goals, construct and close profitable deals with Finance team. Navigate procurement processes and contractual negotiations. Seek Joy, Quality and Prosperity in a community-driven environment with minimum 2 days per week in person at client offices or Red Badger HQ.
Requirements
- Deep experience delivering new products or financial services transformation projects or programmes
- Empathetic and humble, identifying with stakeholder challenges for mutually beneficial outcomes
- Entrepreneurial and driven to seek out commercial opportunities
- Self-directing and comfortable operating with ambiguity
- Experience leading client engagements in financial services
- Ability to collaborate with discipline leads and senior practitioners on delivery quality
- Skilled in navigating procurement processes and contractual negotiations
