About this role
You’re ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom, and Citi wants to help you get there. Citi is looking for full-time analysts to join the Capital Markets division in London. The Capital Markets business works with corporate and government clients to develop, structure, and implement financing packages to meet their capital needs.
The division is comprised of over 20 different groups that provide traditional Investment Banking experiences like managing client relationships and developing financing plans. It also incorporates a heavy focus on the ever-changing markets, similar to Sales & Trading. As a Capital Markets Analyst, you will join an intensive training program with in-depth education on fundamentals and Citi’s culture.
Your time will involve managing relationships with fixed income and equity clients, analysing capital structure needs, and originating transactions. You will develop understanding of bank and institutional investor trends impacting pools of capital. The program starts in July with six weeks of training to equip you for today’s changing economic environment.
Citi values internal mobility, and career growth is not a question of if, but when. The analyst program trains key players to help companies and governments raise capital in new ways. If you enjoy deconstructing situations, value hard work and creativity, and are motivated by client impact, this is a great career step.
