About this role

As a Governance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening how Virgin Media O₂ designs, operates and continually improves its management systems. This high impact role is at the heart of our Security Governance, Risk and Compliance function. Your work supports external certifications, enterprise risk management and confidence from customers, partners and regulators.

You’ll lead the development, operation and assurance of integrated ISO management systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business. From planning and delivering internal audits to embedding standards into day-to-day ways of working, you’ll drive continual improvement. You’ll manage risk effectively and ensure governance frameworks evolve alongside organisational change.

Requirements

  • Experience leading internal audits
  • Knowledge of integrated ISO management systems
  • Background in security governance, risk and compliance
  • Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
  • Skills in embedding governance standards across business teams
  • Understanding of enterprise risk management practices
