We seek a passionate, proactive, results-driven Financial Services Partner Account Manager responsible for relationship management of Creatio’s Financial Services Partners in UK region, including GSIs. The role ensures good pace of acquisition, partner health, retention, and growth, reporting to the VP of Channels (Europe). It is based in London, hybrid with 3 days a week minimum at Creatio office or partners' offices.
Focus on partnership development by building strong relationships, serving as trusted advisor, driving growth from existing partners, and discovering upsell opportunities. Manage renewals, perform quarterly business reviews onsite and remotely, and conduct regular check-in calls to maximise client satisfaction. Collaborate tightly with sales team on lead generation, qualification, sales strategy, and client meetings.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of partner account management experience within financial services and GSI environment
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience in managing medium to large partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners and strong regional personal network
- Understanding of CRM and BPM applications, and experience in executing business solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills — both verbal and written
Responsibilities
- Build strong partner relationships and serve as trusted advisor to facilitate growth with Corporate and Enterprise partners
- Drive growth from existing partners, discover upsell opportunities, and manage renewals of annual agreements
- Perform quarterly business reviews both onsite and remotely
- Conduct regularly scheduled partner check-in calls to maximise client satisfaction
- Help partners grow their skills and experience working with Creatio technology
- Grow pipeline and closed business alongside partners through lead generation and qualification
- Deep search in social media to identify and contact potential Financial Services partners
- Acquire new target Financial Services partners and supervise onboarding
