The Visa Direct Product team drives strategic enhancements to the platform. The portfolio team works with Product and Technology to prioritize and govern investments aligning with Commercial Money Movement Solutions and Visa Direct Strategy. Manage all aspects of strategic planning supporting Product Managers to build the Product Portfolio and roadmaps.

Drive quarterly and annual strategic planning, reporting, and analysis for Visa Direct’s Portfolio of Products. Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers to create and document strategic initiatives, ensuring prioritization and funding. Partner with Technology PMO to mature portfolio processes and embed agile practices.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in London Paddington office, working with Agile and traditional methodologies. Play a key role in generating thought leadership and data insights for strategic planning. Join a purpose-driven leader to uplift everyone through innovative payments.

Requirements

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree
At least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
2 years of work experience with a PhD
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree preferred
4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree preferred
Experience working with teams that follow Agile practices as well as traditional methodologies
Ability to collaborate well with others and drive projects forward
Self-starter ready to learn, experiment, and work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Drive the strategic planning, reporting and analysis for Visa Direct’s Portfolio of Products in quarterly and annual cadences
Collaborate with stakeholders including Business Owners, Product Managers, Project Managers in creation and documentation of strategic product initiatives
Ensure correct prioritization and funding at each planning cycle
Embed and drive agile portfolio management practices and continuous improvement across product portfolios
Generate thought leadership and data insights to drive strategic planning
Partner with Technology PMO to mature portfolio processes for Visa Direct
Support Product Managers through strategic build of Product Portfolio and roadmaps ensuring value alignment to strategy
Drive prioritization and governance on investment decisions aligning with CMS and Visa Direct Strategy
