The Entrepreneurial and SME Services team works with fast growth, dynamic businesses, from entrepreneurial early-stage SMEs through to well-known brands. Requirements
- Technical expertise in audit for entrepreneurial and SME clients
- Experience managing audit portfolios in dynamic business environments
- Proven ability to solve complex technical audit issues
- Skills in project managing audit engagements
- Team leadership and development experience in audit teams
- Strong client relationship building in professional services
- Knowledge of evolving audit landscapes for fast-growth companies
Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of audit clients
- Solve complex technical matters for clients and project manage client work
- Oversee and develop your team to the highest standard
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with your team and clients
- Push ideas harder and ask difficult questions to provide client assurance
- Provide genuine insight, recommendations and added value beyond compliance
- Liaise with other service lines for a holistic approach to client service
- Support fast growth businesses through tailored audit expertise
