Provide strategic leadership to drive sales of transformation engagements in banking, leading delivery of large-scale programs across business and technology. Take full accountability for consulting revenues and margins in key accounts, acting as trusted advisor across market segments. Manage business development to position Infosys Consulting for high-quality services.
Strengthen presence in major accounts and expand relationships, contributing to proposals with key differentiators. Offer leadership and mentorship to managers through coaching and performance development. Embrace collaborative style, passion for innovation, and commitment to elevating the Infosys brand.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise across Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Digital Banking, and AI-driven propositions
- Prior leadership experience within a services organization, guiding direct and matrixed teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior executives with confidence
- Leverage extensive networks, industry relationships, and thought leadership engagements
- Operate comfortably at senior levels within complex organizations, building credibility and trust
- Proven track record of selling and delivering consulting and technology services
- Expert in technology domains, aligning functional areas with business requirements
- Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially with senior client stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to drive the sale of transformation engagements within the banking sector
- Lead the delivery of large-scale transformation programs across both business and technology domains
- Take full accountability for consulting revenues and operating margins for assigned key accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance across relevant market segments
- Manage business development activities within key accounts to ensure high-quality services
- Strengthen Infosys Consulting’s presence in major accounts while expanding relationships
- Contribute to proposal development, highlighting value proposition and winning themes
